Just a little over a week ago, we took a look at the first member of nVidia's GeForce 6800 series to hit the market with a PCI Express interface with XFX's 6800 GT PCIe card. This card has, as we predicted, become incredibly popular in the short time it's been on the market, and demand has far surpassed the amount actually on store shelves. This demand has kept pricing on these cards incredibly compared to their AGP counterparts, but despite this fact, these boards are nearly impossible to find in stock.
