Samsung's new NX1000 is the most compact member of its CSC line-up, but it houses the same 20.3 million pixel sensor as the NX210 and NX20. Samsung also claims that at the NX1000 is the lightest CSC currently available. This is no mean feat given that the camera uses an APS-C format sensor, but it is partly due to the fact that the body has a plastic construction, and this lacks the high quality feel of the NX210.
