The new 6GB Apple iPod mini has the same price tag as its predecessor but has 2GB more storage capacity - a 50 percent increase.

In a small but welcome cosmetic change, the new pink, blue, and green Minis will have Click Wheel labels that match their body color. The biggest news, however, is the player's incredible improvement in battery life: it's now rated at 18 hours, which is more than twice that of the previous version.
