In this review I'll be taking a look at a TV Wonder Elite review unit sent to me from ATI. I'll go over its technological advances, its capabilities, and take a look at it from the software side of things. I'll compare picture quality to a Hauppauge WinTV-PVR 250 capture card, a direct competitor to the Elite which retails for roughly the same price.
