Delay after delay after delay, and almost two years behind schedule, Gran Turismo 4 has finally been released. It has 700+ cars and about 50 tracks-that's several times more than any other racing franchise on the market. However, it's not the car list that attracts car buffs to GT4 (well, it is partly), it really is the amazing physics engine. The Gran Turismo franchise has always been at the top of the food chain when it comes to dominating the market of racing simulation. Now that the fourth incarnation of this franchise has finally been released, we'll take a look at whether or not it lives up to the hype that was created, and whether it will stand up to the proud tradition of being, arguably, the best racing series ever developed.
