BenQ's FP71G+ 8ms LCD display Review

Posted on by

BenQ's FP71G+. Color saturation also seems to be a major improvement over last year's high end panels. Here's a clip from the review - Unreal Tournament 2004 was also picked as a test candidate as it is one of those twitchy games where there is a lot of quick movement. Blurring was not an issue during some deathmatch sessions. Textures and movement felt quite crisp and during fast turns it did not feel like the FP71G+ was struggling to keep up. On previous 25ms screens and even on the 172x, we felt that UT tended to bring out a very noticeable amount of blurring

I concur I have the FP71G+S Model All games play as good as my old 17I CRT Playing Chrome in 1024x768 is also perfect, the Display has no issues making a perfect display in a non native reso wich is a big plus since i only have a 9800pro and cant play new games in native 1280x1024.

I have the FP71G+ Model-All the Action Games sofar are blurfree, but in other resolutions slighty less quality as in 1280 x 1024 but i can almost play all games in the native 1280x1024. An excellent TFT for a small prince-but only buy it when yoz have a good analogue signal from your graphic card(for all newer graphic cards it is no problem).
