Panasonic has not drastically improved this camcorder as it shares approximately the same specs as last year’s model, the VDR-M50. Panasonic has addressed minor nuisances by improving the start up time and designing a camcorder that no longer requires a plastic cartridge to cover the DVD-RAM media.
