Perhaps the most exciting news that came out of this year's Photo Marketting Association (PMA) is Canon's announcement of the eight-megapixel EOS 350D, the successor to the hugely popular 6.3-megapixel EOS 300D. Just a couple of years ago, Canon gave the word "affordability" a whole new meaning when they announced that the 300D would be retailing at a sub-US$1000 (or under S$2000) price tag. The 350D (available in both black and silver versions) wouldn't be far off from that price point, but now you would be getting even more bang for the buck..
