OCZ RevoDrive 350 480GB PCIe SSD Review

Posted on Thursday, August 14 2014 @ 09:07:39 CEST by

On our review bench today is the 480GB OCZ RevoDrive 350 PCIe SSD, essentially a RAID array of four 128GB SSDs merged into a single PCB. With sequential read and write speeds of up to 1800 MB/s and 1700 MB/s, respectively, and up to 140,000 IOPS 4k random write, it's basically RAID 0 array with TRIM and SMART support but without SATA bottlenecks. At ought to be, costing $800!

"OCZ put together a solid package in form of the RevoDrive 350 PCIe SSD which is rated for a staggering performance of up to 1800 MB/s sequential reads and up to 1700 MB/s sequential writes."
