The ECS LIVA 64GB mini PC is designed to be above all cheap and at just $185 there is no questioning its affordability. Still what is the purpose of this cheap PC, who is it designed for? ECS say its fanless design and low power consumption make it an ideal HTPC and while it can handle 1080p content there are a number of other limitations. Connectivity for one is limited to just a single hard to reach USB 3.0 port and there is no remote functionality.
