989 Sports’ MLB is the second title in their sports lineup to make its way onto the PSP handheld system this year. After the less than stellar showing of NBA, many people were expecting this game not to suffer the same fate, as it has been the fan favorite in the company’s lineup for quite some time, and it was important enough that when 989 axed their sports titles a few years ago, MLB made the final cut. So how does the new version play out in portable form? Pretty good, actually. Pretty darn good.
