Sony PSP Review

I own a Nintendo DS, Gameboy SP, and now a Sony PSP. I love all three consoles and find that each of them has advantages over the other. The PSP is a good idea, but needs some refining.

Three different versions did it take before I got one without dead pixels. Regardless of what Sony says in the instruction book (disclaimer about dead pixels being normal) it is not normal for dead pixels, or ones that remain green, red, etc.

I own many products with LCD screens and none, and I mean NONE has this kind of disclaimer, or pixel problems. This needs to be fixed in future systems that are in this price range.

Getting past the pixel problems the graphics of the PSP are simple great, without question. It is easy to loose hours of time playing a game, or watching a movie.

This system is very, very easy to damage, so I would recommend that older players invest in it, or it be used under supervision to prevent damage. For me it was a good investment in fun and entertainment that I use every day to relax after work.
