"Usually if my plan is to do a performance analysis of a game I reviewed, I would wait a bit to allow patches and driver updates to release, as they may have an impact on the results. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint originally released several months ago, so while its Vulkan implementation is new, the game itself is not, so it does not seem necessary to wait. (Plus with how long I spent playing the game for the review, I think any such patches would have released by now.)"
