OCZ just announced that they have acquired PC Power & Cooling, a manufacturer of high-quality high-end power supplies.

Few details are available, besides a FAQ on PC Power & Cooling's website which indicates that PC Power & Cooling PSUs like the Turbo-Cool 1000W and Silencer 750 Quad models will still be available, that consumers will still be able to purchase PSUs through their website, that they will continue to answer technical support questions and that existing warranty will continue to be honored.
Our flagship brands, the maximum performance Turbo-Cool and ultra-quiet Silencer, will continue to be offered by PC Power & Cooling (PCP&C) under the new arrangement with the OCZ Technology Group (OCZ). In fact, both lines will be more widely available to our customers though a variety of new channels, while still enjoying the same level of support and warranty that our customers have come to expect over our 22 year history.
