AMD won't reach 45nm until 2009?

Intel's 45nm processors are just around the corner and rumours are popping up that AMD's first 45nm CPUs will arrive much later than expected:
MARK OSBORNE at Fabtech listened to a conference call from semiconductor kit supplier ASML and infers from it that AMD may not be able to start building 45 nanometre chips until 2009.

He bases that on comments from an ASML exec who said that it's likely NAND will be the first to move to the 45 nano geometry.

Then follows DRAM, and ASML thinks that logic will be 12 to 18 months behind - meaning, he speculates, that AMD would be well behind Intel.
