Samsung SPH-V7800 - 5MP camphone with 3x optical zoom

Samsung will soon launch the SPH-V7800, world's first phone with a 5 megapixel camera and 3x optical zoom. The camera also features 4x digital zoom, auto focus and flash. The software also allows users to adjust ISO, manual focus, white balance and effects.

The ISO sensitivity will be adjustable from 50 to 800. The SPH-V7800 will also supports manual white balancing, AEB (Auto Exposure Bracketing), 13 types of scene modes, filtering effects and a wide screen 16:9 picture mode.


The phone has a 16M QVGA LCD display to show high quality pictures and video. Other features are Digital Power Amp to amplify audio signal and output, a Melody composer to create ring tones and dual stereo speakers.
