Microsoft gives a demonstration of how Windows 10 will handle switching from laptop to tablet mode on a 2-in-1 PC. This feature is called "Continuum" because it offers a seamless switch between the operating system's mouse and keyboard-oriented desktop mode to a touch-oriented tablet environment.

Unfortunately, Continuum is still under development so this feature will not be part of the Windows 10 Tech Preview that will be published today.
