Two months ago MSI showed off the VR One, a backpack that promises 90 minutes of cord-free virtual reality gaming. The eternal question with this sort of product announcements is when (and often even if) it's going to be available.

We can now answer this question as the VR backpack is showing up in European webstores. Dutch tech site Tweakers reports the model with a GeForce GTX 1060 video card will cost 2150EUR, while a version with the GeForce GTX 1070 will go for 2550EUR.

Both editions start shipping in December and feature the Intel Core i7-6820HK quad-core processor, Windows 10 Pro and 16GB DDR4 memory. The cheapest model has a 256GB SSD whereas the more expensive version sports 512GB of storage capacity.

The MSI VR One features two battery packs that deliver a total of 90 minutes of untethered virtual reality gameplay. The battery packs work independently so you can exchange one pack without having to shut down the computer.
