AMD shows off die photo of quad-core Ryzen CPU

The slides of AMD's ISSCC presentation reveal the first die shot of Zen. Pictured below is a quad-core Ryzen processor, it's made on GlobalFoundries' 14nm FinFET process and each individual core occupies 7mm². One block with four cores plus the L3 cache has a total die area of 44mm².
