Oculus announced price cuts at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. Virtual reality just got a bit more affordable as the Rift headset plus the Touch controller now ship in a $598 bundle, which is $200 less than before.

If you already have the Rift, you can now buy the Touch controller for $99 instead of $199, and the pricing of the extra Oculus Sensor drops from $79 to $59. A standalone version of the Rift is no longer available.

At the same time, Oculus also announced the new Robo Recall VR shooter from Epic Games is now available for free with Touch. You get the game when you activate your Touch.
Robo Recall is a brilliant, action-packed adventure designed from the ground-up for Touch. Destroy rogue robots with an expanding arsenal of weapons and over-the-top arcade action. As The Verge put it, “The end result is a robot shooting exercise that succeeds in making you feel superhuman.”
