UPDATED:
Newer leaks point to April 11th as the Ryzen 5 launch date.

Word on the street is that AMD decided to delay the introduction of its Radeon RX 500 series by about two weeks. So if these new rumors can be trusted, we can expect the first AMD Ryzen 5 CPUs on April 17th, with the first Radeon RX 500 video cards following on April 18th.

VideoCardz says it's not clear which models will launch on these dates. Previously, the rumor was we'd see the launch of the Radeon RX 570/580 on April 4th, and the RX 550/560 series on April 11th.

The site also comments the market isn't very enthusiastic about the RX 500 series as the Radeon RX 580 and Radeon RX 570 are basically rebrands of the RX 480 and RX 470, with some minor changes like higher clockspeeds.
