Colorful iGame GTX 1080 Ti has LCD display to display stats

Posted on Friday, March 17 2017 @ 13:35:53 CET by

Chinese video card maker Colorful usually has the most bizarre custom video cards, with all sort of features that don't reach the West. Now VideoCardz reports that Colorful is working on a iGame GeForce GTX 1080 Ti with a tiny, integrated LCD panel.

The card takes up 2.5-slots and the side of the cooler's shroud features a small display that displays the actual clockspeed and what appears to be a load indicator:
The LCD will display actual clock speed and a graph, which may be a load indicator (I will check on that though). The picture below is just a render, but we can assume it has PCB with dual 8-pin power connectors. This model also ships with a backplate.
Availability is expected in April but this is probably exclusively for Asia.
