AMD also released a couple of die shots of its Raven Ridge based Ryzen Mobile APUs. Below is a look at the bare naked die, it reveals these APUs feature one Zen-based quad-core CPU complex with a Vega-based integrated graphics component. These two elements of the APU are linked via AMD's Infinity Fabric, and not via internal PCIe like before.

Next there's also a very interesting shot that compares Ryzen Mobile with previous-generation APUs. I'm not sure if the scale is accurate here, but if it is the Ryzen Mobile chip is pretty huge versus its predecessors. So far there have been no details about die size from AMD so we can't say for sure.
