A benchmark listing of the Intel Core i5-8265U and i7-8565U processors appeared in the databases of the SiSoft Sandra and 3DMark benchmarks. These are Whiskey Lake-U processors, they will be released later this year and are fabbed on the new 14nm+++ node.

The Core i5-8265U is a quad-core processor with eight threads, it has a base clock of 1.6GHz and a 3.9GHz Turbo. Presumably, it has a 15W TDP and an integrated graphics solution comparable to the UHD 630.

Next there's the i7-8565U, another quad-core part with eight threads. The 3DMark listing shows a base clock of 1.8GHz. The Turbo is listed at 4.6GHz, but that seems inaccurate.

Whiskey Lake is aimed at laptops and is the successor to Coffee Lake-U. Furthermore, Intel will also be launching Amber Lake-Y, a 4.5W TDP series also fabbed on 14nm+++.
