Over at the Phoronix forums, an AMD Linux driver development guy reveals that the codename of the next AMD GPU (after the upcoming Navi) should be Arcturus. Interestingly, he also confirms AMD will be going back to real codenames where its possible (i.e. where it's not already too late to change).

Nowadays, AMD uses the name of the generation with a numerical suffix, like Polaris 10, Vega 10, Navi 10, etc. Arcturus will mark a return to real codenames, like back in the Tahiti, Hawaii, and Fiji days.
Navi is the codename of the next-gen AMD GPUs due out in 2019 and is the nickname of the star Gamma Cassiopeiae. Current generation Vega also ties into the astronomical theme as it's the brightest star in the Lyra constellation.. It was "Polaris" that kicked off this theme with the Radeon RX 480 series launch. Now it looks like the AMD Navi successor might be Arcturus. Arcturus is a large red star and the brightest of the constellation of Boötes.
AMD's 7nm Navi GPU is expected in 2019 and according to the rumor mill this will be a replacement for Polaris. Based on AMD's latest public roadmaps, the GPU codenamed Arcturus will be made on 7nm+ and is scheduled for 2020.
