An entry of the AMD Vega 20 GPU appeared on the benchmark page of the Final Fantasy XV GPU benchmark website. So far, AMD hasn't publicly disclosed any plans to release a 7nm Vega for the consumer market. The company has been pretty vocal about its 7nm Vega for the datacenter market, but in recent months there's been very little talk about what's next for the consumer market.

You can check the Vega 20 results over here, performance-wise the sample seems to be between the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti and GeForce GTX 1080.

VideoCardz writes it's unknown which part got tested. Perhaps AMD is indeed preparing a 7nm Radeon RX Vega, but at this point there's no way to know for sure...
Radeon Instinct cards lack display connectors, so the card tested here is either: Instinct engineering sample with display connectors attached, Radeon Pro Vega 7nm, Radeon RX Vega 7nm or… this is all fake and somebody is trolling (I have not yet seen a fake FFXV listing though).
