Intel has updated its Graphics Command Center utility to support video game capture and broadcasting. You can get the latest beta version of this tool via the Microsoft Store. Similar features are already present in NVIDIA's GeForce and AMD's Radeon Software driver tool suite.
The feature lets you record your screen or gameplay and either save the recording to disk or stream to various game streaming sites and social networks. You get control over the resolution, format, bit-rate, etc. The Graphics Command Center is unbundled from Intel's Graphics drivers that have switched to the new DCH driver model.
