16GB DDR4 now costs under 50EUR and 32GB sub-100EUR

Earlier this year, market watchers prediced a rise of DRAM prices but PC Games Hardware reports this didn't come to pass. The German tech site compared the price evolution of various DDR4 modules and concludes memory is now cheaper than ever. You can now get basic 16GB DDR4 kits for under 50EUR and 32GB for less than 100EUR.

At the end of last year, analysts predicted DRAM prices would soar around 30 percent this year. One of the side effects of the COVID-19 pandemic is that DDR4 prices are now very cheap again.
