Rocket Lake-S is the first Intel desktop processor to feature Xe-based graphics. With the Xe architecture, Intel aims to compete against AMD and NVIDIA in the discrete video card market. As such, it's kinda comical to see there's still no compatible graphics driver on Intel's website.
Intel: Driver still a couple of weeks away
The site checked several motherboard makers' websites and could not find a new driver either. In fact, it seems like this driver is not a priority for Intel. On Twitter, Intel Graphics Software Engineering Director Lisa Pearce admitted the driver will not be ready until a "few weeks from now."Do you know when RKL-S driver will be available publicly @IntelGraphics @gfxlisa ? https://t.co/NaLqHAPG2j

For reviews of Rocket Lake-S, members of the press got access to an embargoed driver that's not intended for public release. The Rocket Lake-S integrated graphics seem to perform well, especially in synthetic benchmarks. In real-world situations, the performance uplift is smaller.
