Twitter sleuth Patrick Schur uncovered details about what appears to be a new B2 stepping for AMD's Vermeer. There have been rumors for quite some time now about a refresh of AMD's Ryzen 5000 series and this lends further credence to an upcoming Ryzen 5000 XT release.

Specifications of two Ryzen 5000 XT parts

There are details about two upcoming parts, one six-core model plus a sixteen-core edition. The latter appears to be a faster version of the Ryzen 9 5950X, with a 3.4GHz core clockspeed and an up to 5.0GHz Boost. The Boost is 100MHz higher than the current Ryzen 9 5950X.

The six-core part on the other hand seems to have the same specifications as the Ryzen 5 5600X. It's unknown if there are just two revisions -- or whether this is part of a bigger refresh.
So far the rumors about a processor series codenamed Warhol allegedly featuring Zen3+ core architecture have not materialized in any leak. Even people like Patrick with access to confidential information in advance, have not yet confirmed that this architecture is indeed coming. -- VideoCardz
