Windows Latest waded through the leaked Windows 11 build and has some comments about the user interface changes. The site noticed Microsoft is dropping icons from the Windows 95 era in favor of Fluent icons, and that every window now has rounded corners.

Interestingly, the site also discovered that Windows 3.x elements are still present in Windows 11. For example, the old ODBC Data Source Administrator has received a minor update but it still looks like a Windows 3.x dialog.
For example, Microsoft has enabled rounded corners and shadow in ODBC Data Source Administrator, one of the oldest legacy tools that allow administrators to connect a Microsoft Access database to an external data source such as Microsoft SQL Server.
