Samsung releases DDR466 memory

Samsung offically confirmed the release of new DDR466 DDR Ram memory (PC3700) in 512 and 256MB capacities. According to Digit-Life the 512MB modules with CL3 retail for about $150.

16 x 32Mx8 chips
Vdd=2.6V ± 0.1V, Vddq=2.6V ± 0.1V voltage
