Microsoft to have used a pirated version of Sound Forge?

Some reports have appeared yesterday that one of the audio files included with Windows XP has been made with a pirated version..

Today I started using a library for inputting/outputting to sound files (wav, aiff, whatever). There's a test program that comes with the library to query files. To see if I had compiled everything OK I decided to check it out. I searched for .wav files on my hard drive. First thing I came across was the the Windows Tour files (which ship with Windows XP).
