SilentPCReview has reviewed the Vantec's 420W "Stealth" PSU :

Vantec's new VAN-420A 420W "Stealth" power supply with all 3 of its fans blazing on Silent PC Review's tough test bench . An unfortunate accident with our new PSU Load Tester blew up one sample but did not set any blazes. Is it really stealthy?
