BenQ PL4271 42-inch LCD TV launched at CES

BenQ today announced the first member of its Prestige Line (PL) Series line of high-performance LCD TVs with a new 42-inch model, the PL4271. The PL4271 is HDTV-compatible (480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i), and provides a high contrast ratio (1000:1), high resolution, and high-speed performance with an 8-millisecond response time.

Response Time : 8ms
Brightness : 550 nits
Contrast Ratio : 1000:1
Panel Native Resolution : 1920x1080

The PL4271 is priced at $2,999 and will be available in February 2006.
