Apple preparing video iPod with 3.5-inch display?

According to ThinkSecret's sources Apple is finishing the development of a real iPod video that features a touch screen and a big 3.5-inch display!
The display of this iPod occupies the entire front of the device. The devices still features some sort of clickwheel, one that appears on the screen when a finger touches it and disappears when the finger is removed.
A possible launch date could be close to April 1st, the date sounds fishy but it's Apple's 30th anniversary as a company and Steve Jobs already said he would make a major announcement on or around that date.
