I use Google all the time.... BUT!!!... For all the hooha they carry on with about making a better formula to generate better search results... its a load of crap!!! If you search a town for "your-town real estate" on MSN and Yahoo you will get 10 local real estate professionals who will be able to assist you in that market. On Google however you will get huge national sites that arent any help, plus the occasional weird directory or forum... basically the results are useless! It makes me wonder who's got their hands in Googles pocket. Yahoo and MSN do generate useful results.. Googles generates crappy sites, but sites that have the big $$$$ behind them!... You draw your own conclusions!!
