Despite having never been a big fan of the game of golf or golf simulations, I've always made an exception for the Hot Shots Golf series. The fun style and quirky gameplay makes it an interesting distraction, and not nearly as tedious to play as the golf simulators out there. Right off the bat, I had some positive impressions from HSG-the graphics and load times were quite impressive, with most of the waiting done at the beginning of each hole. With some new elements thrown into an old series, Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee is able to bring a vibrant cartoon style to the age old sport of golf in the PSP market. Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee is the kind of game that will keep you teeing off for as long as your batteries hold up.
