Pioneer PDP-4360HD Review

Posted on Sunday, December 18 2005 @ 19:36:12 CET by LSDsmurf

CNET took a look at the 43" PDP-4360HD HDTV from Pioneer. Here's a quote from their test report:

We've been fans of Pioneer's plasmas for the last couple years, but two things have kept them from achieving our top recommendation: their high price and their inability to display an acceptably deep shade of black. The 43-inch Pioneer PDP-4360HD belongs to the company's latest generation of plasma panels, the Pure Vision 60 series, which boasts improved black-level performance and excellent overall picture quality but maintains a similar price to that of last year's PDP-4350HD. Its sleek styling and highly comprehensive feature package, however, make it well worth the cost for people who want a plasma with the works.
