I don't know why someone hadn't thought this up before, I mean it's a real simple idea. Icemat/Soft Trading took a 10x12 inch piece of frosted glass gave it a backing in various colors (to suit anyone's tastes and or computer) and put six sturdy rubber pads on the bottom to make a long lasting mouse pad. The Icemat has been the perfect mouse pad right from the start. It has a slight cold feel when you first use it (matching the Icemat name) though, that feeling only lasts a short period of time. The surface is perfect for any mouse and they even send along five footies you can attach to any mouse (allowing for a much smoother ride) just incase..
