As you can see from the above photo, the video card is blocked from a firm seating in the PCI-Express slot because its heat-pipes are hitting up against the memory on our test system. Moving the memory to the other channels proved ineffective, as the heat-pipe is still too long, and the memory’s height is still too great. Since our motherboard (the ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe) has two PCI-Express slots, we simply moved the video card to the secondary slot, and we were good to go.
