We´ve reviewed a really interesting CPU cooler. The Titan Amanda TEC Cooler is a peltier + heatpipe cooler that is supposed to be the world´s best CPU cooling device. We compared it with our favorite cooler up to date according to our last heatpipe roundup, the Noctua NH-12.
