Given the fact that the current generation of flagship graphics cards from both ATI and Nvidia have now reached a 650MHz core clock frequency, it is quite obvious why products such as the Thermalright HR-03 exist. Could you imagine a VGA cooler like this existing in the days of the GeForce 2 or even 3, it would be a complete joke.
