We are testing the Phenom II X4 955 CPU against the Athlon II X4 645 CPU. The Phenom II X4 955 is clocked at 3200Mhz and the the Athlon II X4 645 is clocked at 3100Mhz. The Phenom II X4 955 supports MMX+, 3DNow+, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4A, x86-64 and AMD-V. A big advantage for the Phenom II X4 955 is the 6MB Level 3 Cache while the Athlon II X4 645 has none. We will be using Benchmarks for testing the Phenom II X4 955 and Athlon II X4 645 which are:- Cinebench, Everest, Geekbench, Novabench and Nuclearus. Games are Hawk 2 and Lost Planet 2.
