Even though there is a vast number of enthusiast PC cases on the market these days, your choice is far more limited if you're looking for a HTPC chassis. There are far fewer manufacturers who actually produce HTPC cases, and they can also be very expensive.

Silverstone are renowned for being one of the most innovative case manufacturers in the marketplace, coming out with cases like the Raven RV02 and the Fortress FT02 which have the motherboard rotated by 90 degrees to aid airflow. The Fortress FT03 is also very innovative, letting the user pack in a vast array of high end components into what is essentially a small form factor chassis.

Today we are going to look at one of SilverStone's HTPC cases, the Grandia GD06, which has a reasonably generous feature set. There is room for Micro ATX motherboard and a full size graphics card which means it's perfect if you want to build quite a powerful media center PC.
