When we look back at the performance that we have seen from OCZ’s solid state drives in the past, such as the Vertex 3 and the Vertex 3 Max IOPS, we have been highly impressed by their pure performance that they have on tap, as well as their quality components and the all so impressive Sandforce SF-2281 controller that we all know and love. Moving forward from the success of the Vertex 3 and Max IOPS edition only means that we can get drives with more refined components and even still, more performance. This is where we find the Vertex 4 being the latest drive to be pumped out of the OCZ labs.
