Once you have all the hoses connected you are ready to start filling your system. We use a funnel to make sure all the water gets into the reservoir, and not onto the system, but this is not the only way to fill the reservoir. The fill and bleed process is quite simple. You fill the reservoir and prime the pump. Once your pump is primed you can fire it up; just be ready to put some more water into the reservoir as the pump starts filling the system. Simply keep adding water until there is no more air left in the system. The exact process for this will depend upon your water cooling configuration.
