Well, Arctic Cooling might just be able to please some of them with the heatsink and fan I’m reviewing today, the Super Silent 4Pro L. The Super Silent 4Pro L is a 3 speed, user controllable heatsink for Socket 478 Pentium 4 systems up to 3.2 GHz.
