"As for the MSI RTX 2070 Super Gaming X model in this review, because the cooler is really built well for dissipating heat, the Clock Boost soared to 1950MHz without me doing anything. MSI officially advertises it to run at 1800MHz, so anything above this without having to use third party overclocking software is a win in my score book. MSI is also using Micron GDDR6 memory which generally isn't the best for overclocking, however, I was able to squeeze another 1GHz (1000MHz) out of the memory. I cannot complain either way.”
