- added support for RGB codecs in input AVIs
- added support for manual AR settings for AVI input sources
- fixed procesing of 24fps AVI sources in some cases
- improved duration detection for AVI input sources
- added ability to select 1:1 PAR in hidden options to allow anamorphic encoding
